Refunds
At California Agri-Tourism and Camping, we strive to make our refund process simple and customer-friendly. If you need to cancel your booking, you can receive a full refund when cancelling at least 14 days before your scheduled visit.
For cancellations made 7-14 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, we offer rescheduling or a full refund. All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
At California Agri-Tourism and Camping, we strive to process all refunds within 7-10 business days of approval. However, if your refund hasn’t appeared in your account after this period, it may be due to processing delays from your bank or payment provider, which can sometimes take additional time to reflect in your statement.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, please first check with your bank or payment method provider, as they might be holding the funds. If you’re still unable to locate the refund, contact our customer support team at travel@californiacamping.in with your booking details, and we’ll promptly investigate and provide you with a status update.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
At California Agri-Tourism and Camping, we do not offer direct exchanges for bookings or packages. However, you may cancel your existing booking (subject to our refund policy) and make a new reservation based on availability.
Gifts
Gift bookings for California Agri-Tourism and Camping experiences are fully transferable to another person with prior notice.
The recipient must meet any activity requirements, and the original booking’s refund policy applies to the gifter. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipping returns
At California Agri-Tourism and Camping, we specialize in experiences rather than physical products. Therefore, shipping and return policies for physical goods do not apply. All bookings are covered under our experience cancellation and refund policy. For damaged or unused merchandise (if applicable), returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
