Terms and Conditions

Welcome to California Agro Tourism and Camping. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • All bookings are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins or late check-outs are not permitted unless confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property, facilities, natural surroundings, and fellow visitors.
  • Any damage to property or facilities caused by guests will be charged to them.
  • The use of alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Couple Guidelines

  • Couples are welcome; however, both individuals must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid government-issued photo IDs (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) must be provided by both guests at check-in.
  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times.

5. Safety Guidelines

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff during activities like trekking or camping.
  • The management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities are exclusively for registered guests.
  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and leave facilities in the same condition as provided.

7. Weather Conditions

  • Activities may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to adverse weather for safety reasons.
  • The management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests under such circumstances.

8. Rights of Admission Reserved

  • The management reserves the absolute right to:
    • Deny entry or terminate the stay of any guest(s) without prior notice.
    • Take such action for reasons including but not limited to:
      • Inappropriate, unruly, or unlawful conduct;
      • Violation of these terms and conditions;
      • Actions causing disturbance to other guests, staff, or the environment.
  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Disclaimer

  • California Agro Tourism and Camping is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • The management is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural calamities or government regulations.
